Last day before NYE! Another festive cheat day coming up! 😋😂

Before that, here’s another attempt to clean eating.

Peel, slice, boil sweet potatoes.

I sliced left over Roasted Turkey breasts into smaller pieces and also prepared some green peas.

I started the stir fry while the sweet potatoes were cooking.

In a pan with EVOO, sauté white onion.

Add sliced turkey.

Season with Flavor God low Salt Everything Seasoning, cayenne pepper, chili flakes, a teaspoon of oyster sauce.

Since the chicken is already cooked, you can already add the green peas after a few mixing.

Keep mixing until the peas are cooked.

By the end of cooking the turkey, the sweet potatoes are already done. Drain and let it cool for a few minutes. Portion into containers.

I added cherries for Hunny’s dessert.

Dad said, “What is that?” I said, “Joke lang to Dad.” He said, “Anong joke?” I said, “Pagdating po ng NY lamon na naman.” Hahahha 😂

Happy New Year!
