Steps: June 30, 2014
One part of becoming healthy is working out. Walking may not be an intense one but it sure does help your body to keep moving. The average sedentary person has about 6,000-8,000 steps a day. To say that you are walking healthy, you must at least have 10,000 steps in a day.
Jullius gave me his old pedometer so that I can keep track of my steps. Here’s my record today.
This was from the time I started prepping for work (so that’s after my morning workout). Had I had this from the moment I woke up, I probably would have around 14,000 steps. Not bad, not bad at all.
I’ll be posting my pedometer readings everyday just so I know how I’m doing.
You can get your own pedometer at Toby’s. Just get something you can put around your waist and not your wrists. You tend to move your hands more than your feet so wearing a pedometer there would not give you an accurate reading.
